Ila da France Porcher

Growing up in Canada, Ila's close assocation with nature allowed her to evolve into a wildlife artist and ethologist. On moving to Polynesia, Ila found that shark's approached her instead of fleeing. This prompted a 13 year long intensive ethological study of blackfin reef sharks.

Susan is a Zoologist lecturer at the University of Limpopo (Turfloop Campus) in the department of Biodiversity. She became interested in copepod parasites more than 10 years ago and did her Ph.D. on the copepod parasites of elasmobranchs.

Martin Silverstone is a wildlife magazine editor from Ste-Anne de Belevue, Quebec. He is currently the editor of Atlantic Salmon Journal. His first article on the effects of Navy sonar on cetaceans appeared in Canadian Wildlife Magazine in 2001.

David Ulloa

David is the president and owner of Valeo Films Inc - a Texas based film and video company. As a technical diver and underwater expedition cameraman, Mr Ulloa's passion for his work and his continued outstanding performance as an underwater camera operator, AD, UPM, Line Producer, Writer, Director and Producer have earned him the respect of his colleagues as well as the industry at large.

Antonin Blasion is a French marine biologist (engineer and M.Sc.). Passionate about wild life, he has studied predator/prey interactions between basking sharks and zooplankton at APECS, and White Sharks and Cape fur seals at Oceans Research.
